Canned tuna for kids

Tonnino launched Tonnino Kids Tuna, two new offerings featuring the brand’s yellowfin tuna and designed to appeal to children thanks to its bright packaging and kid-friendly flavors. The tuna is dolphin-safe and processed without added preservatives.

The new cans for kids are available in two varieties: Premium Yellowfin Tuna Chunks with Sweet Corn in Water and Premium Yellowfin Tuna Chunks with Carrots and Peas in Vegetable Oil. The two offerings contain 120 calories and 140 calories per serving, respectively, and between 16 and 17 grams of protein.

The brand stated in a press release that the two flavors were developed with younger palates in mind and highlighted their lean protein and fresh vegetable content. Each 3.7-ounce serving can be eaten as a standalone meal or used in conjunction with other foods, such as a tuna melt or tuna mac and cheese.

Tonnino Kids Tuna can be purchased at Walmart stores for a suggested retail price of $1.98 per can.

Mediterranean olives on American tables

Bertolli, known for its high-quality olive oil, announced the launch of a new range of table olives coming to American markets. All five new varieties are made with non-GMO olives that are harvested from Mediterranean groves.

“Bertolli brings the finest Mediterranean ingredients to tables all over the United States, and we are thrilled to now offer a taste of the Mediterranean through the flavor and ease of table olives,” said Thierry Moyroud, CEO of parent company Deoleo North America, in a press release.

The five new offerings from Bertolli include Pimento Stuffed Queen Olives, Blue Cheese Stuffed Queen Olives, Mediterranean Medley Olives, Large Black Ripe Pitted Olives, and Sliced Black Ripe Olives. These olives can be used in a variety of applications, including pizzas, pastas, salads, and snacks.

Bertolli’s new olive offerings are available at major retailers across the United States.

All Y’alls Foods is expanding its lineup of plant-based jerky with a new Cinnamon Churro offering. This new flavor is inspired by the culinary landscapes of Texas and Mexico.

“Creating these flavors is akin to storytelling for us,” said CEO Brett Christoffel in a press release. “You’re diving into the history, geography, and ethos of Texas Big Bend Country.”

All Y’alls Foods’ jerkies are made using 10% of the water and land required for animal-based proteins. The brand also claims that its plant-based protein contains more protein, calcium, magnesium, and iron than traditional beef. The Cinnamon Churro Jerky contains 150 calories and 5 grams of protein per 1-ounce serving. Additionally, the jerky is made without GMO ingredients and is gluten-free.
