This past July, more than 16,000 participants gathered in Chicago for IFT FIRST: Annual Event and Expo. Rooted in science and focused on the future of food, IFT FIRST is the premier place for the science of food community to collectively address the challenges that are impacting the global food system. While the majority of IFT FIRST was exclusively an in-person experience, Fireside Chats are now available to Food Technology subscribers.
